Access via ergoassurance.com, cartafianca.net, segurogarantiajudicial.com, and segurogarantiajudicial.net is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with the courts of São Paulo/SP having exclusive jurisdiction. For other domains and international access, the applicable law is that of the ERGO Assurance entity operating in your jurisdiction; where none applies, Brazilian law applies as the default.
